Mail Order

While we are primarily a web-based seller, we recognize that not everyone can or wants to order via the Internet. To order by mail, simply download the mail order form , fill in the quantities, and mail it in with check, money order, or credit card information.

Shipping

I know you want your figures and you want them now! The best rates I have found are via the U.S. Post Office as "Priority Mail" or "Global Priority Mail." Some of the shipping containers are fixed rate and some are by weight and destination postal code. Promised delivery times are 4-6 days. In practice, they can come sooner.

In general, each pack (as noted in the webstore) weighs about 1/2 pound and another half pound or so per container for packing. I look for the lowest cost and only charge what I have to.

The webstore is configured for the US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Andorra, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. For other locations, please contact Askari Miniatures. I will gladly try to ship anywhere and if there is enough interest I will add it to the shipping options. Any hints for your country are greatly appreciated!

Returns

If, for any reason, your Askari Miniatures product does not meet your expectations, simply return it for a full refund or replacement (less shipping). Please do contact us in advance for a return mailing address. (The sole exception to the returns policy are, of course, the Sample Packs: they are designed to let you sample a few figures at minimal risk. As such, they are not refundable.)
