New Russians! Inspired by drawings like the one above from Harper's Weekly reporting on the Russo-Turkish War, we've made Russians in the summer uniform worn in the field in 1877. This was an all white uniform, although if using these for Central Asia the trousers would be red.

I've been working on updating the colored photos of the Russians. I have them all complete except the mounted Circassian-style cossacks.
Have a look at the webstore for new photos of the artillery and Circassian foot cossacks.
There's also a brand new Gorlov crew, this one with regular artillery figures.
Click below for a shot of some more figures.

Got a chance to take some pictures today--the result is at left.
The Russian Winter Command Pack has two new exciting additions: an officer and a bugler in winter dress. I've taken the provisional "T" off the code and if you order the pack from now on, you'll get all four figures.

Six new sets of cossacks and Central Asians have been released at the webstore.
This time we have a Circassian cossack Gorlov/Gatling crew (shown in photo), some Circassian cossacks an foot , more Turcomen and Bokharans.
For the Turcomen, we've added a mounted set with muskets as well as some dismounted figures. While the Turcomen fought mounted, occasionally you need a few dismounted figures.
For the infantry of Central Asia there is a unit pack of a variety of dress styles. There is also an extra set of command figures in different dress styles.
The khanates of Central Asia were basically city-states and people and dress styles of a wide variety could be seen everywhere. We've tried to include a variety of the most common types and, if these are well received, will be adding more as time goes on.
Check it out at the webstore today!
