New Russians! Inspired by drawings like the one above from Harper's Weekly reporting on the Russo-Turkish War, we've made Russians in the summer uniform worn in the field in 1877. This was an all white uniform, although if using these for Central Asia the trousers would be red.

I've added new German and Russian sailors to the catalog today. This called for the addition of a whole new category: German Colonials.
There are quite a few new items to add and as I get them into production I'll be adding them a bit at a time this fall. Tony Portillo, aka the Combat Painter, painted these in dark blue to match a German landing party; the Russians in Central Asia wore the same uniform in white.

I have been wanting to add more mule sets for quite a while and now they are finally here!
M-5 (left) is a pair of draft mules, straining to pull...whatever you need them to! Wearing collars, they are in the kind of harness you'd use to pull a plow or a small cart. With four of them, they would be pulling a wagon.
I believe Askari Miniatures has the broadest and best selection of 28mm mules anywhere.
